  I ordered the $11 pizza deal with mountain dew and bread sticks. When I received the pizza it was undercooked, breadsticks were burned and soda was hot. I asked for a refund and they refused. Very bad customer service. Super disappointed 😞

  I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but this location was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The pizza sauce had a terrible aftertaste that honestly reminded me of vomit. I took the pizza back because I thought maybe something had gone wrong with that one. The employee at the front wouldn’t give me a refund, but he offered to remake it with fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza had the exact same awful taste, which makes me believe the issue was with the sauce itself. We ended up throwing the second pizza in the trash because it was completely inedible. I can’t imagine we’re the only customers who have noticed this. I won’t be returning to this location again. Very disappointing experience.I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but this location was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

  We ordered a large pizza and a medium pizza we asked for pan bread but she give us thin we called them but said they could do nothing and talks souper disrespectful
