- CBChristopher BensonMay 28, 20261.0Really sad whats happened here. This used to be the go to pizza by my house. Employees were cool, everything was great. Then, about 5 months ago. They got new owners/new managment team. All appear to be the same Family now and all the other workers are gone, the quality took a massive dive. Its like they halved the sauce and cheese they used, sped up the baking machine and now there undercooked, chicken wings literally got smaller, sauce got watery. It toaly sucks because I loved this place 6 months ago. Went to the other Papa John's a little further away just to confirm its not a national decline. Its not, everything was 100% better, its just this location. Corporate really needs to crack down on them because it definitely got bad under these new people. Sad.

I’ve worked in food for over 10 years and even on my first day I knew extra sauce meant …extra. Like more than one. I don’t think they charged me for it Idk but the last times I’ve been in there they’ve seen to be understaffed. To the staff there working hard and to the ones than can include extra sauce thank you. For the management, idk the situation but it seems like it could use some work. I’m sure the manager is a nice person but this papa John’s just doesn’t provide quality that other pizza companies do. Which sucks because papa John’s is my favorite
