  Absolutely horrible came by this Mc donalds and asked for ketchup in the bag but when I checked the bad there wasn't any so waited for the window to reopen and this lady whom I assume to be belytha told me if I could leave already then I replied asked for ketchup and then she grabbed sum and threw it in my bag hella rude and said white people then slammed the window

  Wow. I came through the drive thru and this girl Belytha handed me my food, she was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. She made a remark about my race when I asked to speak to her supervisor and slammed the window in my face. I won't be going back.

  My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning on app at 10:56am and the restaurant cancelled her order when she arrived at 10:58am she called them they said the cut off time is 11am and we don’t cancel it the app does after 11am, she told her she ordered it before and arrived before 11am, she was rude and condescending when she told her she would call corporate she said go ahead they will tell you the same thing! She asked for her name “Angela” she claims to be the manager, well if your the franchise owner I will let you know this “manager” needs to retake her management training courses, a manager should never respond to or talk to a customer how she did no matter if the customer is upset or not. If she can’t handle upset customers and this is how she talks to them she’s needs another job

  They told me if I donated I would get cookies. Left drive through with no cookies. Don’t donate if they tell you that you will get a deal for donating. They simply lied to me. Said “do you have your receipt. I said no I just drove through here” so I am just leaving a bad review. Don’t go here

  I always go to this location and have never had problems before until today I did not see any sauces in the bag, and the worker proceeded to take out all items putting her hands over the food and told me that there were only 4 sauces for the 4 different meals. That’s not the only problem, my friends drinks were not even filled up🤦‍♀️it was more ice than beverage.
