  HORRIBLE SERVICE! WAITED 15 THE REGISTERS WIT 5 PEOPLE BAGGING ORDERS STARTING AT US. NOT NO WELCOME OR ANY HESITATION TO HELP US. HAD TO USE THE KIOSK LIKE THEY CANT DO THEIR JOB! THEN WAIT 40 MINTUES FOR 4 CHESSEBURGERS AND 2 DRINKS!! NO CARE IN WORLD! YOUR TELLING ME IT TAKES 6 PEOPLE TO BAG IN ORDER? DO BETTER!! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!

  This place has terrible customer service, terrible cashiers that can’t take the order properly and the manager is clueless, even corporate number is just as useless all combined, don’t waste your time and money here

  Horrible experience with this establishment, I order my food through the drive way, I go to the first window and the cashier is on his phone laughing he then hands me my change but drops most of it on the floor on my end and doesn’t say anything, doesn’t go outside to pick it up, he just laughs it off, I then go to the second window get my food and I mentioned to the lady the situation that occurred and I see that my food was under cooked and soggy, this happen on March 17 th, I want my money back! Disgusting.

  I was here not too long ago, and I would love to pay a compliment to the girl with the blonde hair, I think I heard someone called her Ash. She is a sweetheart! She helped me navigate my app when I was confused, and was super friendly the whole time. She got my order out fast organised. I would come back for the service of Ash alone!!
