  We stopped for gas at Shell. The chicken fingers look so plump and not much battered. We have been evaluating the chicken fingers among Church's, Cain's, and Popeye's. And decided to give Krispy Krunch a try. Raising Cain's got smaller over the years significantly. They have to be consumed right away once ordered or will get dried. There are a lot of batter. Popeye's is OK. The best has been Church's, moist, but too salty and too much battered. Krispy Krunchs chicken fingers surpassed them all by miles. The pieces we had were huge, and juicy and lightly battered and not overwhelmingly seasoned. We enjoyed them very much and will look for them from now on. Now, I have to share why on the low or no stars review. 1. There was only one guy at the counter, working 2 lines, one by the fountain and one straight out to the door. 2. We asked for 4 pieces of chicken fingers. We got 3 and a healthy serving of potatoe wedges. With one large fountain drink, our total was $16 something. We didn't notice the missing piece of chicken until we were back on the road. 3. There was no menu, no pricing information posted anywhere. 4. We paid cash and was not given a receipt. The purpose of this review hopefully will improve the service and information provided to the consumers who appreciated the quality and the taste of the food served here.

  Worst chicken ever, couldn't even eat, threw away and I was hungry. Dry and stale bread. Potato wedges also under the heat lamp way too long. Keep driving and save yourself $24
