- RCRenee COct 4, 20261.0Went to the Stockdale location, I stood their over five minutes waiting on the sole employee to acknowledge me so I could ask a question. Since she never made eye contact when she was making a drink I ordered on the computer screen. Two minutes after I did my order on the computer screen two other clients walked in soon as they walked in two employees came from out the back and greeted them ask if they had any questions. I should have went with my first thought and requested my money back because there order was done before mine. Once I came home to eat my bowl we had to throw both of them away the fruit was sour. Overall experience was horrible.

There was only one employee working up front, while the manager, was in the back for approximately 15 minutes. Given how busy the store was, I was disappointed that there didn’t seem to be additional help available.

My friend ordered first & and she walked away so fast & then I proceeded to say “I would like to order too” right before she walked away. She came back rolled her eyes and was just presenting herself as very annoyed. I get having a bad day etc, but when a customer is just trying to take an order don’t have rude body language nor bad body language making the customers uncomfortable.
