My friend ordered first & and she walked away so fast & then I proceeded to say “I would like to order too” right before she walked away. She came back rolled her eyes and was just presenting herself as very annoyed. I get having a bad day etc, but when a customer is just trying to take an order don’t have rude body language nor bad body language making the customers uncomfortable.

Slowly it’s turning like Mc Donald’s getting their Ice Machine getting broken situation. I don’t know exactly why this is happening but this really needs to be fixed. $10 for orange juice I’ll pay for it. But 20-30 mins of time is being wasted and getting disappointed after I show up to the store. Management needs to look into this highly as it’s summer already and the juices are not being available is a big blow. Hopefully next time when I visit I’ll be able to get the orange juice. AFTER INTIAL REVIEW! Updating my review to 4 stars. After my initial feedback about repeated orange juice shortages, the Bakersfield - Stockdale Hwy location called me personally the same day to follow up. They listened, asked good questions, and offered me a free orange juice for the inconvenience. Great example of a team taking customer feedback seriously and acting on it fast. Hoping the stocking issue stays fixed going forward!
