  This was kind of the final straw for me. I don't know if it is just this location, but I have had pretty consistent bad service here. I'm a rewards member, if that makes any difference. I keep coming back because it is sort of the healthiest quick option that is close to my house, but this might be the last time. They pretty consistently get my order wrong (seriously somewhere between 30-40% of the time if I had to guess). They also always seem to be "running out" of chicken and having to grill more. At the very least, they will normally tell you that there is going to be a wait in the drive-thru due to this, but today I waited in line for nearly *30* minutes with only one person ahead of me. I literally had to call the restaurant to see if they could send the guy through to a parking space so I could at least leave the drive-thru. They had *surprise* run out of chicken again but didn't bother telling us or sending the guy in front to a parking spot. As I was on the phone the two people behind me left the line without getting their orders, so I was able to reverse and leave. I normally don't like to do this stuff. I worked retail and food service for years when I was in college and I know it's a tough job and customers can be awful. I've barely even reviewed anything on Yelp but this location is getting ridiculous. I've never experienced such consistently bad service at a single place in my life.

  Honestly this was by far the best pollo loco location till today!!! They told us to wait 20 min for our food.. mind you we order through the drive-through and still had to wait 20 minutes that’s what they said. So we wait a little bit more than 30 minutes just for a 8pc mix!!!!!! With some steer corn salad, so my husband goes inside To ask about our order and nobody’s helping him out!!! Girls there act like they don’t Speak Spanish so I had to go in there myself and raise my voice a little bit. That’s the only way I got my food today.
