  Whenever my sister and I went to order this guy was really slow there, and when we got our food they forgot most of it and only gave a burrito even tho we ordered way more than that

  've always enjoyed stopping at this El Pollo Loco on my way home from work, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. The employee working the drive-thru window, Stephanie, was unfriendly and came across as rude. I was polite and respectful throughout our interaction, but I didn't receive the same courtesy in return. Good customer service matters, and this experience has unfortunately made me decide not to return to this location. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

  The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Leslie at the register was friendly, patient, and very helpful. Manager Anahi was also wonderful and made sure everything was running smoothly. Both of them provided outstanding service and made me feel welcome. Thank you for the great experience—I will definitely be coming back!
