    The people who work here and great and the drinks are consistently good. But the wait times are wild. No matter the day or time be prepared to wait and be late to wherever you’re headed— even for order ahead drinks. The atmosphere gets 1 star because the homeless population is huge in this area, that’s not Dutch’s fault, but the area is just gross and dirty and people are just wandering around not even aware there’s cars around. However, their sidewalk and parking lot is filthy, and that is their fault.

    I like Dutch Bros in general, but I get really annoyed at times when they're sending people out into the drive-thru to get orders when there's not a menu anywhere nearby. So you either have to annoyingly ask the person to read the menu to you or already know exactly what you want. I've only been a couple times so I don't have the menu memorized, but if they're going to do that they should have a menu right at the dang entrance so you can see what they have on hand.

    i dont know her name, but the lady that was working at the dutch on colombus on 7/14/26 at like 9pm with glasses and two braids was very lovely. very funny and she made great conversation with us. same cant be said about the guy at the window but she was amazing please give her a raise or bonus or something for dealing with us and our 5 $5 giftcards

    The drive thru line is always ridiculously long and the customer service is rude teenagers not knowing how to treat customers. Worst. Dutch Bros location in Bakersfield!!! You're drink order will al ways come out wrong .

    I'm a daily customer I've never had any issues until lately when they have a lot of new employees I love my Dutch bros but I order the same iced coffee 95 % every time I go and lately it tastes like chocolate milk on ice I don't know why this is happening it's disappointing
