- JJJason3 days ago5.0We recently took our daughter to Dave & Buster’s for her birthday, and the General Manager, Alex, made the experience absolutely amazing for her. He went above and beyond to make sure she had a great time and truly made her feel special on her big day. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude really stood out to our family. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and creating a fun atmosphere. It’s managers like Alex that make people want to come back. Thank you again for helping create such a memorable birthday experience for our daughter!
- MRMalaya Ramsey5 days ago2.0Way over rated. The games are definitely awesome and fun to play but drain your pockets quick! You can end up spending the amount of rent for 4 people. Service was blah. The waitress got our tickets wrong and really had no personable aura at all. Like it was just a job. The food was a 3 out of 10. The baby burgers were burnt, the meals were like hospital meals, no flavor. After seeing the commercials for this place I had a whole different experience in my mind.

Today my husband and I sat at the bar to watch the fight tonight and our bartender Elijah was great as usual. He’s very attentive, polite, and pretty fast. We ordered food and it came out fast and was tasty. Every encounter with all the staff was positive. Will be back soon!
