  I stop at this chipotle about once a month as I drive through Bakersfield. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful!

  Absolutely disgusted in how this location works order to kids meal my daughter has a gluten allergy. I asked instead of for The taco shell to just have extra lettuce. They charged me two dollars for that I didn't get a drink and I couldn't have the chips. I did not get any reimbursement for that. They are complete crooks. Response to below! You responded I think for damage control but there is no way to contact through your website.

  Update: After being asked to reach out to support about the ROACHES at their restaurant, I was informed they "can't compensate for every time an order isn't perfectly satisfying" ... which is insane!! It's not like I got crunchy rice or dry chicken, the restaurant has a PEST INFESTATION!!! If there are roaches roaming around in the day light with people around, it's almost undeniable that there are also roaches walking on the food prep surfaces & on the dry food storage & on the "clean" dishes and utensils in the kitchen, that were used to make the food I ordered!! If that doesn't constitute replacing my food idk what would!! WOW & WOW !!! Not for the right reasons. I cant believe that Valley Plaza would allow these folks to be open and serving food with roaches crawling over the floor and around Chipotle. Completely disgusted and will never eat at this Chipotle or the Valley Plaza again. So sad then when I brought it up to the staff they just basically acted as if nothing was WRONG. Live roaches up and around Chipotle while they are open is crazy. I could only imagine what happens when they are closed. They prep food etc. Please BEWARE they have roaches. Eat At Your Own Risk!

  It’s everything that you’d expect. My man, Richard, helped me out and was very nice and friendly while doing so. I asked for a bowl that he would make himself, so it was a nice surprise to break up my normal ordering habits. Thank you, sir.

  If I could give them negative stars I would... they have LIVE ROACHES!!! I spotted one running into the drain under the hot table. & I saw another near the napkin area. Management says there's not much they can do about it because it's "in the mall". Mall Management claims Orkin services the entire mall once a week, clearly they aren't doing a good enough job, or the mall isn't ensuring the restaurants are staying as clean as they should be.
