  Service here is hit or miss. I've been when it's packed & they only have 2 servers. & I've been when it's quite slow & they'll have an abundance of servers walking around with not much to do. Management is friendly, but they can typically be seen holding up a wall. The food is pretty good, but sometimes takes a while to arrive. Last time we went, we came to watch the UFC fight & arrived at the beginning of the fight, we asked for the fight on the large screen & the waitress told us she wouldn't be able to change the big screen, but could put it on a smaller screen. She changed 1 screen to the fight & left the baseball game on about 10+ other tvs. There were only a few other parties in the main area, of which our party was the largest. Nobody was actually watching the baseball that was playing on the large screen. The large screen magically was changed to the fight for the last 3 fight cards, so that was pretty disappointing.

  Worst place ever, discriminated us because we didn’t know where to pay for the waiter ran up to up acting like we were going to run out.

  My first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Bakersfield California was amazing. The other my god mother's brother in-law took me there to get out the house and we just went there and ate and had a great time. I wanna say thank you so the owner/manager for creating an establishment where people can come dine in, eat, drink, socialize, and really experience the place for themselves. And thank you to the employees that work there for serving is food and beverages and showing us some hospitality around the place. It was such a wonderful experience I can't wait to go back there again. So until next time have a great day and a great week.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

  Steven our host was simply on top of making sure my family's time at Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) was a treasured time together as we don't see each other as often as we would like. Last evening, BWW was extremely busy, the wait to get seated was less than what we had anticipated. We ordered and received our food in a reasonable amount of time. Even though there was an error in one of our choices, it was promptly corrected and had the pleasure of seeing our server often throughout our meal. He kept checking in with us to see how everything was and if we needed anything else. Because of the attention, our order expanded because of that special attention we received. It's been a while since I have been at BWW sadly. I will now keep returning more often due to Steven an hope that there are more employees with Steven's since of humor, professionalism, detail oriented, and simply a pleasure to be seated in his section. He sets the bar high and never disappoints. If it were up to me, Steven would receive a raise and position training other staff on how to untreated their customers. Thank you for a memorable evening!

  We just ate there for lunch and it was my first time there in a very long time. The wings are dry and overcooked, both the bone in and boneless. The spicy garlic is essentially buffalo sauce. The blue cheese has no flavor. But what really got me to write this reveiw is their cheese cake. We ordered one to go and we're going to share it with some tea tonight. It's the smallest slice of anything I have ever gotten and is just okay. I don't know what they are thinking charging almost $10 for this. See my picture. I am not a big guy and that thing looks tiny in my hand. Utterly ridiculous, will not go back.
