After 16 minutes, I finally received my order; the food was cold, and my coffee was cold. The order had been ready, but no one brought it to me. I asked one of the employees, named O'Connor, but he cut me off mid-sentence, acted rudely, and ignored me. He would walk past me, looking at me in a mocking, cynical way while muttering under his breath. A horrible experience.

Very disappointing and unhygienic experience. I ordered an ice cream cone today, and an older Indian woman working there put her finger directly on the exposed part of the cone above the paper wrapper while handing it to me. Her finger was touching the part of the cone that I was supposed to eat. This is a basic food-handling and hygiene issue. Employees should not touch customers’ food with their bare hands. I did not feel comfortable eating it after that. Management needs to provide better food-safety training.
