    Weird cashier at the drive thru window May 2026 I went to this mcdonald's location.On may 23 around 745pm. I have been to this location a few times since it's relatively close to my residence.And yes, I will say more than once they have messed up my order a few times but what do you expect, it's fast food. But on this particular day after placing my order at the drive through with a little confusion, i had to repeat a few times I did not want mayonnaise on my chicken sandwiches.I didn't think much of it. But as I approach the window to pay for my order, a male in his early 20s with a star sticker on his left cheek, started acting very bizarre with me. Asking me more than once if everything is "okay with me".And after I replied to him and gave him a simple response, he kept repeating himself to which I got irritated and asked him, what's his problem. It was very clear to me and the passenger in my vehicle that this person had some type of "problem" and probably had something going on with his mental state since his eyes were red from who knows what. Rather than engaging with this person with problems, I went ahead and told the employee who was a female in her mid to late 20s at window 2 of this weird incident with their coworker. She appeared to not care of what my complaint and concern was and it was obvious since she was rolling her eyes. Nonetheless, I hope McDonald's at this location does something about this because I do not plan to come here again. Luckily, there is other McDonald's locations within a reasonable distance. But I will never come to this one again due to this very inappropriate and bizarre behavior from their employees.

    Quick fast pace through the drive thru. I was amazed at how quickly our order was taken and how quickly we got through line. The only downfall was that they missed one item in my order. I pulled back in and went in real quick to get the item and then I was asked for my receipt. Really? Didn't you just see me in the drive thru? I was a bit annoyed that I was being questioned over a hashbrown. I'm a bit over being asked for a receipt, especially when they see me and then question whether or not Im being honest. I was being honest. They made a mistake. Own up to it and dont give me grief. I told them my receipt was in my car with the rest of my order. At least I didnt demand a refund due to the poor managerial service. It was the manager who was a quality person. What was the problem? Was I the wrong person to let them know they made a mistake? Did I look like a homeless person or someone trying to pull off a theft?

    I stopped in at midnight to get McDonald’s and I felt completely disrespected by the gentleman at the window making fun of me and laughing at how I ordered and I can here ppl in the background laughing uncontrollably very unprofessional! We asked if there were multiple ppl taking order and he said yes he turned in and told the gentleman in a dark shirt say yea it was me the manager! I’m so sorry but that’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional even if you’re bored at work it’s not okay to make fun of your customers or pretty much laugh in their face. McDonalds please do better in training your employees in being more professional especially since they believe they deserve that raise .
