  The Azusa CAVA location is always consistent. Quality of food is great and the staff is always so kind. Today I stopped by for a late lunch. Gizelle and her manager Vanessa were so friendly and attentive. I noticed that they always greet those waiting in line and acknowledge them while they were busy serving other customers. Simple gestures and their attentiveness to make you feel noticed go a long way. I wasn’t having the best day but their kindness, patience, and small gesture definitely made a huge difference. Kudos to them and the CAVA Azusa team. Thank you!!

  Disappointed with how this was served. Both sauce containers were placed directly inside the bowl on top of the food. The outside of those containers gets handled during preparation, so having them sitting directly on my meal just doesn’t feel sanitary. It also takes up space and presses down on the toppings. I’ve eaten at CAVA before and expected better presentation and handling than this

  Rey & Griselle were on the line and SO KIND. They were professional & efficient. It was my parents first time at Cava and were admittedly holding up the line with questions. They were so patient with both of them and even allowed my mother to taste a meat prior to purchasing it. The location is clean, well maintained, and service was quick. Parking is limited but manageable. Plenty of seating for groups of 2-4!

  I had a really great experience at CAVA, and I especially want to recognize Steph for the amazing customer service. She was super friendly, welcoming, and patient, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure my experience was a good one. She had a great attitude and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. It’s always nice when someone goes above and beyond at their job, and Steph definitely did that. CAVA is lucky to have someone like her on the team! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Shoutout to Steph! She had such great customer service and was super friendly the whole time. Even though it was getting really packed inside, she made sure to greet everyone who walked in and kept everything moving efficiently. She was really attentive and had such a positive attitude. You could tell she genuinely cared about making everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s always nice when someone goes out of their way to make your experience a little better. Steph definitely stood out and deserves the recognition!
