- KKKyraJun 26, 20261.0Employee at the deli needs to have a training on how she treats others. She was rude unhelpful and just all around miserable to be around. Ignored us for a good 10 minutes while she looked at pictures on her phone, by the time a helpful coworker she was talking with apologized for distracting her and letting us know that was not her station, the deli worker couldn’t even take a couple steps towards us to help us(even though that’s quite literally her WHOLE job). As soon as she acknowledged us it was “what do you want”. After asking if I could get a couple extra Mayo packets for the 6 sandwiches my family got, I was told “I just gave a girl some”. When I asked if I could have a little extra since we had so many deli sandwiches she replied by saying “it’s not like I just gave her one”. We got 3. If you have a limit or something on how many packets people are allowed she could have just simply said that instead of being rude. She treated us like we were a burden and interrupting her when she’s supposed to be working the deli. Please keep your employees self aware and respectful to your customers. That is just not how human beings should treat people at all!!

If you're looking for a deli at Vons I don't suggest going to this one you're not going to get help you might as well go pound sand down at the beach. The lady had a horrible attitude I'm not one to complain but she was so out of line. I highly recommend you eat gum off the dirty sidewalk before going to that Deli
