  don’t even know where to start with the Panera Bread on Bell Rd… this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I stopped by after a dentist appointment with my son just to grab something simple—two cups of soup through the drive-through. That should have been easy, right? Nope. Within two minutes of leaving, the bag they handed us was completely soaked through. Hot tomato soup and chicken noodle soup had spilled everywhere. I reached into the bag and ended up burning my hand. So I went right back through the drive-through, showed them the mess, handed them the soaked bag and paper towels full of soup from my car. The manager refunded me and gave us fresh soup… which I appreciated at the time. BUT IT HAPPENED AGAIN. Before I even made it out of the parking lot, the lids weren’t secure (again), and the soup spilled all over inside the bag. I stuck my hand right into it AGAIN and burned myself a second time. My food was ruined, my car was a mess, and now even my chips were soaked in hot soup. At that point I went inside, furious, and explained everything. And the response? No urgency, no real concern, not even something as basic as offering a cup of water for my burned hand. Just completely dismissive. This wasn’t just bad service—this was careless and unsafe. Twice in a row. I will never go back to this location, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid the drive-through unless you want soup all over your car and a burned hand and leg. Take a second more and ensure your lids are on completely. at least show compassion and concern the second time and not make me argue with you for a glass of cold water for my hand and leg. unbelievable high degree of contempt for their customer. But boy they want that tip before you’re even served. What’s happened to real honest customer service? May have good food I wouldn’t know as it left my console a soggy mess twice. Shannon you outright disgust me Panera shame on you! You can do a lot better by your customers and should Wish I could give a double 0 ⭐️ Absolutely unacceptable.

  Best Panera Bread restaurant! Love the friendly service and food is always so good! Tatum, who was ringing us up helped me discover my new favorite gluten-free go-to when I go there, the green goddess cobb salad. It is so delicious. They take extra precautions to keep it as free from gluten contact as possible but obviously it's not a gluten free kitchen.
