  Gianna got my Mocha Moo'd done in less than a minute. Outrageously good service. Drink wasn't as thick as I'd like, but for the fact I wasn't in there for more than around 5 minutes total, grear service.

  What does it take for these girls to be even a little bit enthused while interacting with customers? I have continued to be a customer, but it never fails; I always leave disappointed with the service.

  This Jamba is great, staff is friendly and food and drinks are always prepared promptly but MY GOSH can you guys get the gosh darn app to work correctly?? It’s very convenient to be able to order on the mobile app and go pick it up, but it’s literally been years since I’ve been able to actually make a substitution selection on the app or add in any of their boosts, free or not. I’ve left feedback on the app multiple times and have told them in the store (even though I know that they most likely cannot control that). It’s just super frustrating. Boosts are literally the point of going to Jamba Juice instead of somewhere else. Please fix, thank you!!!
