- SSSteve SalahSep 20, 20261.0I’ve been to the Chipotle in Auburn several times, and unfortunately, the employees here are consistently rude and condescending. It’s gotten to the point where I dread ordering there. Yesterday, I was reading my order from my phone, and there was nobody behind me. Instead of simply being patient, the employee taking my order rudely told me to “just read it” and said they were very good at what they do and would figure it out. This is the same employee who routinely makes you feel like you need to rush through your order because his “precious time” is being wasted—even when there is nobody behind you. Customers should be treated like human beings, not like an inconvenience or an enemy. Once Hamburger Habit opens in Auburn, I expect this Chipotle to lose a significant amount of business if they don’t start training their employees to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. The food is one thing, but consistently poor customer service makes it hard to justify coming back.

Workers are rude and seem like they don’t even want to be there I’m appalled at how terrible this location is I will be going to Roseville anytime I want chipotle just so I can steer clear of this place. If I could leave negative stars I would.
