  By far the worst line to get into. You'll wait for more than 15 minutes for your food. I pay and arrive on time, still take more than 15 minutes.

  Exactly what you'd expect, and then a step above. You can tell, the people here seem to care. Love having a quick lunch here with my wife and daughter on work days. We go all the time. ❤️

  This is the worst location I have ever been to! I placed an online order for carry out at 10:11am. Checked in at 10:14am, said my order would be ready in 1-6 mins, went inside at 10:18, and told the cashier my name. The cashier said it was on the screen and should be out shortly. At 10:31, I had not received my order and I asked how much longer and that I could just cancel my order because I had somewhere to be. There were 3 employees standing in a crowd in the back staring at the kitchen, and the cashier asked them how much longer and he said “when it’s ready.” When I pulled into the parking lot there were 4 cars in the drive thru and one person eating in the lobby so I know it wasn’t too busy. I told the cashier I would just cancel and then out walks somebody with my order at 10:35. All I ordered was a large hash brown, egg white grill, and medium sweet tea. 21 mins for two items is insane, I could have drove to the Roseville location and been treated way better. As I was leaving the person in the lobby said this location is the worst and I have to agree, will not be back.

  Between 2017 and early 2020 service was as it’s best as you could ever receive. Following that they’re just hiring any Joe Schmoe off the street, there is no courtesy or accuracy. Every time you were in the drive-through even for one singular combo, you asked to go park in the front for 15 minutes, greeted with a scowl. Especially in the first and second quarter of 2026. The hiring of 40 to 50+ year old crew members has severely degraded quality and courtesy. It’s like the guest, a nuisance just being a customer there. It’s almost like you hired McDonalds or Jack in the box employees. As of the past 4 to 5 months the same aging employees have shown absolutely no courtesy, accuracy, or even reputability of your company.
