    Ok so me and my sister went to go here and she got flow in her drink so they charged her extra for it so ok? And then when we got our drinks there was barely any flow so she asked for more and they said it be 3 dollars more like u did ur job wrong and ur charging more horrible experience and she was very bitchy I didn’t catch her name but she was very nagging

    I wish google would seriously let me rate 0’s on all these horrible establishments!!!! That is Z- E- R- O stars for this location. This is my second time at this store and it was a disappointment yet again. I ordered my hot vanilla protein zero sugar latte like I always do and when I had arrived yesterday to pick up my order through the drive through they told me to pull around and wait in the parking lot. Said it would take only 2 minutes. Why on earth would I have to pull around and park? Don’t give me an option to pick up my order at the drive thru and have me explain my ride when I pull through and have me move?!?! It’s never happening. I am not going anywhere, ever! So I went again to Dutch today and guess what?… Both cars in front of me each took longer than 2 minutes waiting in line with their cars for their flipping order. I believe the first car took about 5 minutes for them to get their order and yes i kept track! What ya’ll are doing is completely wrong and clearly should not be working in customer service. Oooooooooh and to top it off they didn’t even fill my M sized latee up to the rim. I will include photos of what was handed to me. I DID NOT ORDER A SMALL. I ordered a MEDIUM so quit ripping me off and stealing my money yet again. I would have asked for a remake but I had someplace to be. I’m a VIP and like I said, quit it because I will never and I mean NEVER leave. I would also love to add that not once did this Broista even look at my mom or myself when we went to pick up my order. Very very rude!

    I had a really disappointing experience here, not just once but twice, both involving the same employee who I believe is a manager she has black hair not sure the name.The first time, I was in the drive-thru getting my order taken by a very sweet girl who greeted me politely. Then the black-haired employee came outside and yelled from the back door that she needed to have a “very serious talk” with her. It was loud, public, and completely unprofessional. When the girl came back to finish taking my order, she looked embarrassed but still apologized and kept a smile on her face. I felt bad that situation should never have been handled like that in front of customers. today I went back and unfortunately had another negative experience with the same employee. She made my Golden Eagle (I ordered it extra sweet), but when I tried it, it tasted bitter and not how it usually does. I’ve never had issues before asking for a remake or extra syrup. the staff is usually super helpful. This time, when I politely asked if it could be remade, she rolled her eyes and looked visibly annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable. This was really disappointing because I’ve always had great experiences at Dutch Bros before. I’m hoping to get in contact with another manager who can address this and help me understand what’s going on, because this level of customer service and professionalism is not okay.

    I don't understand what happened.I get my regular peach tea drink... And for some reason , it is so clear and watered down , I can barely taste the tea.. NOT COOL AND DON'T REPLY WITH,. MESSAGE US SO WE CAN DO BETTER.. THAT'S WORTHLESS
