    I come every day and the staff here is truly amazing but right now we have a huge fire not far from this location and these poor workers are still forced to be outside breathing this in with just a mask on. That should not be acceptable to allow, their health matters and doesnt seem like its a major concern from management.

    Love the drinks but unfortunately they need to listen a little more. Ordered just 3 drinks and they gave me two with a water then I reordered my cocomo freeze and got a cocomo iced.

    Sorry but I don’t see any reason why anybody who shows up after me should be allowed to go ahead of me. I placed a mobile order, got to the drive-through and about a minute later another vehicle showed up in the other lane. I waited 25 minutes in line and the other person who showed up after me somehow got in front of me. That’s ridiculous.

    Almost 45 minutes waiting for my MOBILE ORDER consisting of 1 drink and 2 breakfast sliders. Multiple cars ahead of me, so I was understanding that I would have to wait my turn. The issue is that the cars (probably as frustrated as I am) were barely moving. Cars started piling up in line behind as well. A single staff member taking orders. No runners. Finally my turn to pull up to the window- drink wasn’t ready. When staff handed me the drink, they forgot my food. Had to wait for that too. It takes me 30 minutes to get to work. I had planned enough (plenty) time to be able to pick up my order. Inefficiency soiled the experience for me as a customer. Typically this location has very friendly team members, fast paced service, and good drinks. I don’t know why it was so different today.
