  Almost 45 minutes waiting for my MOBILE ORDER consisting of 1 drink and 2 breakfast sliders. Multiple cars ahead of me, so I was understanding that I would have to wait my turn. The issue is that the cars (probably as frustrated as I am) were barely moving. Cars started piling up in line behind as well. A single staff member taking orders. No runners. Finally my turn to pull up to the window- drink wasn’t ready. When staff handed me the drink, they forgot my food. Had to wait for that too. It takes me 30 minutes to get to work. I had planned enough (plenty) time to be able to pick up my order. Inefficiency soiled the experience for me as a customer. Typically this location has very friendly team members, fast paced service, and good drinks. I don’t know why it was so different today.

  They don’t even deserve one star, one daughter ordered through the app and second walked up and ordered. They both had to wait 30 minutes for their order. Once they got it…30 minutes later one order was completely wrong. Once this was pointed out my daughter got an eye roll and the employee continued to fill other people orders that had just gotten there. Made my daughter wait longer and tried to fix with an “ I’m sorry “

  I stop by regularly, and every visit is a great experience. The whole team is always friendly, welcoming, and works hard to keep things running smoothly, even when it gets busy. The positive energy from everyone genuinely makes my day better. I especially wanted to recognize Mya. She is always kind, professional, and incredibly friendly. Every time I come in, she greets people with a smile and makes customers feel welcome and appreciated. Her positive attitude stands out, and it’s one of the reasons I enjoy coming back so often. Thank you Mya, and thank you to the entire Dutch Bros Atwater team for all the hard work you put in every day. It truly does not go unnoticed.

  I absolutely love coming to Dutch Bros! The staff at this location are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care about their customers. Every visit is a positive experience because of their upbeat attitudes and excellent customer service. What stands out the most is how much they remember their regular customers. Whenever my dog isn't with me, they always ask about him and wonder where he is, which shows how attentive and personable they are. It's the little things like that that make this location feel special and create a sense of community. The drinks are consistently great, the service is fast, and the employees go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. I always leave with a smile and look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this Dutch Bros location!

  Myra,Al ,Kendra and the rest of the Dutch Bro team are great. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and quick service. Their friendly chats are a great way to start the day.
