- EEEMJul 27, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Papa John's location. The app showed that my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn't even finished. I had already waited about 15 minutes before coming, then had to wait another 10 minutes in the store. To make matters worse, the pizza I received was dry and burnt, making it unpleasant to eat. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is to save time, but this location failed to deliver on that. Poor communication, long wait times, and low-quality food made for a frustrating experience. I won't be returning to this branch.

- CHciara hallJun 27, 20261.0Papa John’s is usually my favorite pizza. I found this one since I’m new to the area. Worst place ever don’t go here !!!!! It was extremely dirty. When I called to place the order for takeout, the guy who answered didn’t even speak enough English for me to order a large pepperoni pizza. The most basic order. So I decided to show up in person, I thought it would be easier. I get inside and once he knew I wanted to place an order and not pick up he only helped those who were coming in to pickup constantly skipping us and then continued to ignore us for another I don’t know how long. So we just walked out and went to domino’s next door . Don’t waste your time coming here unless you’re Spanish speaking. Horrible basic customer service skills.
