  Sonia, Nora, Anna, and especially Claudia, the manager, gave me such an amazing welcome when I got here. The kitchen staff even greeted me when I walked in, which was a nice surprise. The food here is always fresh and tasty, and I have to give a shout-out to their awesome Taco Tuesday special. Oh, and the chips and guacamole are out of this world. Seriously, don't even hesitate, just come on in and have a wonderful time with some delicious food!

  I’ve visited many locations, but the El Pollo Loco in Artesia stands out as a gold standard for the franchise. The establishment is consistently spotless, from the dining area to the salsa bar, which makes for a great atmosphere. What really makes this location special, however, is the team. I want to give a massive shout-out to Erica, Alicia, Mario, Layla, Ashley, Marisol and Veny. Service: They are incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient. Accuracy: Even during busy rushes, they handle orders with precision and a positive attitude. Teamwork: You can tell this crew works well together to ensure customers are taken care of quickly. It’s rare to see such a dedicated group of individuals in one place. These five clearly take pride in their work and deserve every bit of recognition—and hopefully a promotion—for the high level of service they provide. Highly recommended!
