- MNmaricela nunez5 days ago1.0Place online order 545pm tracker said julio started making it 5:46pm at 6pm decided to go inkept regreshing tracker and nothing at 6:05 husband when yo ho pick it up and after he paid was told that there was a 25 min wait extra i know its busy after a few min i went in cashier asked for name n phone number he was looking for order then came back and said another 5 min i didnt get my order till 6:35pm .. i always come here not no more almost 1 hour for the pizza its unacceptable period….. tracker was working cuatomers were coming in and where chevking on the orders wich i asked cashier when i walked in if it was working he said no but it was

Informed the attendant in that the app said to arrive at the time I was there and told that they’re backed up and that the app is never accurate. They seemed unfazed by it and told me I could cancel if I don’t want to wait another hour. Ended up canceling my order as I had lost my patience by then. Terrible service and they need to do a better job working on their tech to update clients when their pizza is actually ready.
