    I have to give a huge shoutout to the crew at Dutch Bros in Arroyo Grande. For years I was much more of a Starbucks person, and honestly, Dutch Bros was never somewhere I would choose to go on my own. This location has completely changed that. Every single person I’ve encountered here has been incredibly friendly, kind and courteous. They actually have conversations with you and make you feel welcome instead of making you feel like you’re just the next car in line. And it’s CONSISTENT. I can’t say that about a lot of places anymore, especially some of the other coffee shops in the area. Today especially stood out to me. I wasn’t having the best morning and was feeling a little down when I pulled in. By the time I left, I genuinely felt better. The employees were talking to me, laughing with me and just being their usual kind, friendly selves. It was such a simple interaction, but it completely changed my mood. That’s the kind of customer service you remember. I also LOVE that they don’t automatically flip the iPad around and put you on the spot for a tip. There’s no pressure or expectation. Funny enough, that makes me want to tip them MORE, and I do. Such a great group of employees. They probably don’t even realize what a difference their kindness can make in someone’s day, but it does. I used to automatically choose Starbucks. Now, if I’m in Arroyo Grande, I’m choosing this Dutch Bros.

    I wish these existed where I live. Every time I go I love interacting with the staff - always a bunch of super friendly "kids" who serve drinks rather than be a "barista."

    Do NOT park if you see a line in the drive thru and think it’ll be quicker… it most certainly will not. Just stay in your car

    The service is fast, and the people are friendly. I always get a caramelizer blended freeze. It never disappoints. Every time we visit Pismo, I have to stop by Dutch Bros.
