  Congratulations, Chipotle! Not only did you mess up our order, you made my 5 year old granddaughter cry. My husband & I brought our granddaughters, ages 5 years old & 2-1/2 years old, to your establishment for dinner. My husband ordered a burrito & I ordered a taco with chicken, cheese, & black beans. Our granddaughters ordered quesadillas off the children’s menu. My husband’s burrito was prepared correctly. My taco had no black beans on it. I would have been ok with letting that go & be nice. However, one of the kid quesadillas we ordered had no cheese on it. It was a plain tortilla, not even warmed. I took it back up to the counter & showed the server the tortillas. I asked if we could please have some cheese put on it & warmed. She looked at me as if I had asked for the moon. She looked over towards another guy. He rolled his eyes, shook his head, scooped up a spoonful of cheese into a plastic cup, & said, “This is the best I can do for you.” Honestly, I was stunned. I told him that the order was wrong & I just want some cheese put on the tortilla & warmed. He motioned to me to move along as though I’m holding up the line. My granddaughter started to cry & said, “Why won’t they give me my quesadilla?” I asked if I could order another quesadilla, this time with cheese, for the child. Of course they were more than happy to take my money for another quesadilla. No apology for the mistake. No sense of customer service. Not so much a “sorry for the confusion.” No effort to make any of this bad situation any better. I will NEVER give my business to this Chipotle again. Not just because they made my granddaughter cry, but because when she cried, they didn’t care enough to make any kind of effort right the situation. It’s not as though I’m asking for very much. I’m asking for a warm tortilla with some cheese melted on it, which is what I paid to get. I am a local resident & have lived in the area since the mid-80’s. Congrats on loosing my business for good.

  There was a mistake on my order back in March and I received a credit for it but when I went today the credit had vanished… I wasn’t having any luck with support so I just asked for the manager here (Alejandro) and he was able to help me out with no issues whatsoever. Thank you for making things right and being kind Alejandro! Will be back.

  It is always out of agua fresca berry drink. Always. I went the other night at 8pm and it was out of white rice, cheese and agua fresca berry drink. The worker here said they didn't want to refill the agua fresca since it would have to be thrown out when they close. Here's the thing: you are open and customers expect items to be available. The other week the employee said they simply ran out out agua fresca berry drink. Bottom line: this location to me is mismanaged. Menu items need to be available. Either way, not going back. I used to eat here daily.
