  It was a mcdonald’s. The food was ok but expensive for what it is. service was ok. Atmosphere was questionable. There were unhoused people on and passing though the property making me feel somewhat unsafe.

  Served me two cold (not even kinda warm) strawberry pies. When I returned them to the counter. the employee offered to reheat the danger zone pies. Instead of offering me a fresh pie. According to serve safe regulations food in the danger zone between 40-140 must be discarded. And cannot be legally reheated and sold to customers. Hot food hot. Cold food cold. There is no warm.

  Food was ready very fast! I guess they didn't have much ice, there was hardly any left in my cup. The person who gave me my meals didn't provide any napkins, condiments or utensils for my Big Breakfast with eggs etc. All in all, they probably just got done with the breakfast rush. They were still friendly.

  Worst customer service. Explains to you like you're mentally inept for mistakes instead of fixing issues with app orders like any reputable McDonald's would. Then when you try to move them past the explanation to place the order the worker doubled down on the explanation - this style of customer service would never have been tolerated when I worked for a McDonald's franchise. Absolutely appalling.

  Came in with friends and ordered lunch. After everyone else had gotten theirs I went up to the counter to ask what happened to mine. After consulting with the whole kitchen they had no idea what happened to my food and suggested there was no order. Good thing I had a receipt. Instead of making my order they offered me someone else's order that was waiting for pick up. I demanded my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not eat here.
