- PAPaul A4 days ago5.0I haven’t been to Whole Foods in a long time, so I stopped by today and was pleasantly surprised. There’s a great selection of organic products that I really enjoy, along with lots of fresh food. Everything looks fresh and high quality, and the store is very clean and pleasant. Definitely a great place to shop for groceries. Highly recommend!

She was curt, dismissive, and completely lacking in warmth or professionalism. Her attitude made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. What was especially telling was the reaction of several other employees nearby. While they didn’t say anything, their expressions and demeanor seemed to silently confirm that Audrey’s behavior was not an isolated incident. A manager should set the tone for excellent customer service, but Audrey did exactly the opposite. Her lack of courtesy and basic people skills left a very negative impression. Vons should seriously reconsider whether someone with this kind of attitude is the right person to represent the store and interact with customers. Thank you

I ask if the baked chicken has any flavor the service woman with glasses looks so irritating and obviously upset and replied I don’t know and I didn’t bake them . I have been shopping in this store for Many years. Never see such bad attitude that customers can’t ask her any question!!
