  Aquí el balwin y arcadia pésimo servicio le ordené 2 pizzas una hawaiana y otra de peperoni están 2 jovenes mugrosos uno greñudo que no te hace caso solo me dio una de hawaiana y no el peperoni le dije que habia ordenado uno de peperoni y el dijo no claro que si llamo a su compañero y el otro dijo que no lo ordené pague 26 dolares por una pizza pequeña mal hecha esos mugroso solo jugando están nomas de verlos me dio asco otras veces eh comprado aquí pero con otros trabajadores estuve ahi esperando a que me dijera otra cosa y solo un no recibí me dejo con la palabra en la boca pero bueno mejor me regrese a little caesars es mejor y son amables l.....

  I’ve been to this Papa John’s multiple times, and every single time it’s the same story—terrible service and employees who clearly don’t give a damn. Every time I try to order in person, I’m met with attitude, no urgency, and just overall bad energy. What really pisses me off is being told items are “out of stock” when they’re literally being promoted right on the menu in front of me. How does that even make any sense? It feels disorganized and straight-up careless. Look, I get not loving your job, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers like this. People are paying for food and service, and the bare minimum should be some level of respect and effort. This location seriously needs to get its act together, because right now the service is unacceptable and honestly just frustrating as hell.

  It is an end of an era. I used to only ever buy my pizza at this Papa John's, no Pizza Hut, no Little Caesars, no Blazin Pizza. I dedicated myself to this specific Papa John's for 15+ years of my life living in Arcadia. Recently, apparently they changed management, and all the changes came with it. The weak flavored battery acid pizza sauce, the sparce amount of Canadian ham and pineapple on my Hawaiian Pizza. I used to look forward to Pizza nights, but now I don't care much for it, because the Pizza just didn't taste as good as before, when it was made by the special needs workers that the local Papa John's hired. I hope the special needs workers weren't fired and instead found a better job, but I will always miss your fantastic pizzas. I will be supporting my local Lil Caesars from now on, RIP Papa John's Arcadia.

  I’ve always considered Papa John’s the best fast-food pizza, but this specific location has taken a dive under the new management. The service is incredibly disappointing—staff members are unfriendly, disorganized, and largely ignore customers. Even for 'fast' pizza, the wait times and lack of coordination make it a frustrating experience
