I was extremely disappointed with the pricing at this particular El Pollo Loco location, especially when compared to other El Pollo Loco restaurants selling the exact same menu items at significantly lower prices. I noticed that several items at this location were priced approximately $3 higher than at other locations. For example, I ordered the Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl, which typically costs around $10.50 at other El Pollo Loco restaurants. However, at this location, I was charged nearly $16 after taxes. That is a substantial price difference for the exact same product from the exact same restaurant chain. I understand that prices can vary slightly between locations, but this kind of markup seems excessive and difficult to justify. Customers should not have to pay significantly more simply because they visit a different location of the same restaurant. I strongly encourage customers to compare prices at nearby El Pollo Loco locations before ordering. You may be surprised by how much money you can save simply by visiting another location. Unfortunately, I found this location's pricing disappointing and unreasonable, and I will think twice before returning.

Took to long time for my order to be packaged. Most of the time my order was sitting on the food prep counter while the employee who working on my order decided to help another employee at the register
