  This honestly has to one of the best locations I’ve visited. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are fantastic. I really do have to give Diane an Marcos some recognition, they were both wonderful and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely recommend coming to this store!

  I had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and made for a great dining experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Marcos and Diane for their outstanding hospitality—they truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Recommending this place for your sport event watch party! The strawberry sangria was scrumptious.

  We went for my son's birthday this weekend. It was such a disappointment. The food was so expensive, along with the game cards. They have an all you can play card, but it has limitations on the type of games you can play. The Human Crane also was additional money. Once we finished eating and the kids were still playing, the waitress asked us to leave our table, but we had grandparents with us and the rest of our family. Because of this the grandparents felt uncomfortable standing around, so they left early. I felt like they basically kicked us out of the table, even though we spent over $300 for food and play cards. The cards also had limits on the amount of tickets you can earn, even though we paid for the more expensive all you can play card. Our drinks were never refilled, not once. Our meal portions were small. I thought this place was bad before, but now we're never going back. We didn't book the party table, I know it comes with time restrictions so I sat at a regular table. But, we felt so upset when the waitress asked us to move. It was like they said "thanks for your money, now go away." We weren't even at the table for long. Never again!

  Dianne really saved the day during this visit. I was under the impression that I got unlimited cards, but when the kids swiped their cards for the first game, it became apparent that I was wrong. Dianne explained the difference, the pros and cons of both options, and made the necessary adjustments to ensure everyone has a great time. Awesome customer service!!
