  I am giving this store 3 stars solely because the rest of the staff here are usually wonderful, warm, and welcoming, and I don't want one person's unacceptable behavior to completely ruin the reputation of the entire team. However, my experience this morning around 11:00 AM was incredibly frustrating due to the shocking lack of professionalism from one particular employee. I am a frequent shopper here and often pick up orders for multiple clients. Today, one of my clients needed dry ice. Since Albertsons' policy requires customers to ask for dry ice at the register, I proactively and clearly told the cashier (who was the manager on duty) that I needed dry ice and that it had to be rung up as my first separate transaction. The cashier called an older female employee from the back to fetch it. While waiting, the cashier started scanning items for my second transaction. When the older employee returned with the dry ice, the cashier accidentally grouped everything together. I politely reminded her it needed to be separate. The cashier forgot our earlier conversation and claimed I hadn't specified this. While that was just a simple misunderstanding (mistakes happen!), the slight delay made the customer behind me impatient, and he started expressing his frustration towards me. Then came the most dramatic and unprofessional part: The older female employee who fetched the dry ice suddenly jumped in and joined the customer behind me in criticizing and verbally attacking me. She loudly claimed that I "never told the cashier" to separate the bills. Mind you, this woman was not even present when I first spoke to the cashier. I have no idea how she could blindly and self-righteously assume the customer was in the wrong. Instead of de-escalating a minor misunderstanding, this employee chose to take sides, escalate the conflict, and publicly berate a customer. I later found out she actually knew the customer behind me personally. Her targeted hostility was deeply uncomfortable and felt like it carried an undercurrent of racial bias and discrimination. To be clear: I did nothing wrong. Albertsons does not prohibit separate transactions, and the wait time was entirely due to the store's own dry ice policy. I respect retail workers and understand that working at an older age is tough, but that is NEVER an excuse to trample on a customer's rights, make baseless accusations, and launch verbal attacks. Management seriously needs to address this older female associate's behavior. Regular customers should not have to deal with bullying and bias while just trying to shop.

  The store was clean the people were helpful especially Deli lady she said that she said the cage free potato salad was good it was the best. I purchased over $300 of food and items had a large cart had not been to this location in years only to find out that you can't take your cart Beyond a certain point yes I know there are signs but I was unaware of this. Most people seem to be doing self-checkout with one or two bags they could carry I think it should be mandatory that all cashiers that check out somebody with a big cart tell them that the cart cannot be taken past the curb or better yet call customer service to have somebody unlock the electronic brakes for the cart that the customer is using.. this should be automatic customer service concern.. please work on this problem thank you

  I have been shopping here since I was a child. My father worked for the store brand. So it holds a warm place in my heart. With the app now, they offer many sale items which does come in very handy.

  Really bad experience shopping today.older lady with red hair has terrible customer service.crazy part about it she approached me at self check out with a bad attitude about me having a couple items over the 15 limit and i didn’t say a word to her.i was already grabbing my receipt never coming to this Albertsons again
