Although the noodles had become a giant noodle, it was easy to pull them apart by putting them in the broth and microwaving the broth to make it hotter. The toppings were delicious, I just wish we asked for more hoisin sauce! I can foresee this place becoming our go-to spot! As far as the atmosphere goes, there wasn’t many people in there, I’m talking less than 10 people so it was very quiet. It was also our first time going there so I can’t speak on the atmosphere usually.
