  I really like pizza hut but its my second time ordering here and just not having it.. my pizza was extra crispy extra thin, just not the original pizza hut taste rather go to Little Cesar in this case!!

  Horrible service manager is very rude pizza hut do better. You have lost a good customer i will take my money else where now.... also if staff is overwhelmed hire more staff the manager and another worker thats all.. also always problem with orders one time manger called and said that they cant fulfill an order because of a glitch... another time they put a closed sign on during operating hours which was kinda diffrent... always seeing staff taking smoke brakes frequently... all employees look miserable.......

  I got boneless hot wings unsauced , looking like chicken nuggets . Pizza taste like it sat for atleast 1hr . My order came out wrong too . . Terrible .

  This location's "manager" was very rude. She argued and hung up. Didn't even try and fix our BURNT pizza. I have no idea what "quality control" this location has, but this location has a 100% foul taste. I will never order from here again.

  If you like to be treated miserably for being Latino, this is the place for you. I ordered a pizza box and had my husband pick it up. My husband showed up with my 2 children he said that the moment he walked in he was met with stares and an attitude, when my husband was paying he asked a question about the order and asked about ranch which I had included on the website order, the employee apparently rolled her eyes and gave him the receipt. My 6 yr old son chimed in and excitedly told the employee we were celebrating a birthday when the employee rolled her eyes and ignored him. Why would someone be so disrespectful towards a child? Did I mention we're brown ? My husband calls me to verify the order because he can't read English, I'm confused and decided to call the location, because I'm thinking it's a glitch on the website and I wanted to verify that we were charged correctly. I call the location and ask if there's a way I can verify my purchase online because I don't have the app. The lady that answered immediately has a mental breakdown and starts accusing me of trying to get free ranch🤦🏽‍♀️ mind you the ranch is a $1 and cents. At this point I'm confused as to why she's loosing it on the phone and I tell her that she's not listening to what I'm saying because she keeps yelling and interrupting me. She accuses me of yelling at her, which didn't happen then I get upset because she's yelling at me like a psycho on the phone. So she hangs up and I call my husband to leave the location because the employee possibly has mental issues or on drugs because that behavior is not normal. Once my husband gets home he tells me how poorly he was treated and how my child was treated so I call the location to get the district managers number to report the incident and the employee answered and yelled nonsense and hung up. I proceeded to keep calling and she continued to yell and hang up. At one point she answered and said the location was the Hesperia location when I asked for a manager or DM information I was denied the information and refused to give me her name. I reached out to another location and left my information hoping the district manger reaches out. I hope they listen to the recorded calls and figure out if the employees or employee at the location are mentally stable to be working with the public. They way they interact with the public could put customers in danger due to the erratic and unpredictable environment the employees are creating.
