- JJjon1 day ago1.0Ordered two pizzas extra cheese. Both did not have extra cheese. The pizza was not fresh, cheese was like a hard shell. I order the pizzas the same way 2 weeks before and the pizza was fresh, hot and the cheese was soft and stretchy. The employee who made my order was unpleasant, and was sloppy. He acted as if I was somehow interrupting his day, even after I tipped him to pick up my own pizza. I ordered Dominos instead. The manager replied to my complaint and offered 50% off. I showed him my receipt of paying for Papa John’s and then not an hour later, paying for Dominos. He still hasn’t replied to my request to have the pizzas remade.

Honestly, this delivery driver recklessly driving like this in a parking lot is probably a hint of how he drives on the streets. Dominos I hope you take this seriously and look into it. You can even get my vehicle plate from him as he decided to come out and take a photo of my plate… which will come back to my name and government department Address.

Was waiting and waiting for my notification and never got anything. Showed up and was waiting outside then had to go inside to pick the order up. Overall bad service and the people inside lack any customer service. They're just always so dismissive.
