  Horrible customer service. My bf and I came in on a weekend and ordered on the tablet. Mind you wasn’t busy at all when we came in. These little girls were working maybe about 3-4 of them. At first you know just waiting on our order but then 10 minutes pass and nothing. Noticed there were a group of boys outside and these girls were in awe and couldn’t focus on working. Just laughing and giggling which is fine yk but like your at work… anyways. One of them went to get someone’s number outside and my bf and I at this time have already seen like 10 other new customers come in and out. Mind you all we ordered were 2 bowls. 20 mins pass and I’m like oh yeah no this is messed up. I’m very chill and understanding but at this point I’m like HUH??? So we go up and the girl didn’t even notice our order… maybe cuz she was too busy with something else outside LOL. Anyways we ended up getting our order after 25 mins BUT one bowl was wrong. Waited another 10 mins and eventually got to keep the wrong order but man that was crazyyyyy lol. Never said anything because not worth the fight but DANG that was horrible.

  Man this girl that works there just annoyed me. She asked me if I wanted to use 25% off of my smoothie, but said if I used it, it would come out of my rewards points, when it absolutely wouldn’t have because it was a free offer, so I said no, and on top of that I had enough points for a free smoothie and she didn’t even tell me or ask me if I wanted to use my free smoothie, and I gave her a tip smh. Most incompetent worker I met there so far smh so I ended up paying almost $30 when I could have used my points or the 25% off. Make sure you download the app and check your points because the workers don’t really care and some are one track minded just trying to get you in and out. And I gave her a tip smh

  Sunday, 24th May, 1 PM, I ordered a bowl and patiently waited over 30 minutes because the place was busy. What was frustrating is that I noticed multiple customers who ordered after me received their orders first. When I finally checked with the staff, it took another 7 minutes for someone to even come speak to us. Instead of apologizing or prioritizing the missing order, the employee casually said, “Ok, we’ll give you a refund.” That’s not customer service. The attitude was careless and unprofessional, and there was no effort to fix the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience. Very disappointing experience. Thumbs down.

  Poor customer service. Waited 30 minutes for my order. They lost the order or forgot about it who knows? After complaining and asking for refund it is basic to ask if they can make my order quickly. Nothing was asked or offered to me. Seems like they don’t care if customers return to this location .

  its good but its stupidly over priced. Just 3 bowls came up to 47.90....that's crazy as hell bro.
