- DMDarren MSep 10, 20264.0We had given up on wingstop as our last local store was always hit and miss. Two weeks ago after an long day we ordered wingstop through Doordash. 20 bone in wings. 3 tenders 1 chicken sandwich We were thrilled the wings were hot, the lemon pepper flavor exquisite and the garlic parmesan mouthwatering The tenders were plump, juicy and flavorful Chicken sandwich was praiseworthy. All the sides etc were in the bag, we raved and were thrilled. Tuesday, another long day, we thought let's treat ourselves again. I don't know what happened. I placed the order online and drove there immediately. The only positive was, the order was ready. The lemon pepper wings were dry and sad, the tenders looked like they came from a kids menu and no veggie sticks and the ranch was Mia. Maybe its the remodel, maybe its just wingstop but buyer beware. The outside sign was off and dark. Not very welcoming.
- KTKimberly ThompsonSep 4, 20261.0If you want some fresh, hot, and flavored wings, please do not go here. This is Kimberly and I just ordered a 10 piece all drumstick Combo via online. That was the worst 10 piece of chicken that they could’ve served anyone. That had to be chicken they had since they first opened this morning. It was very old, dry, and tasteless. The french fries was older than the chicken. There were black, Brown, and yellow fries all mixed in… The little they did give you. It was truly not worth my $20 I spent and I would not be patronizing there again. I am a regular customer there. The food has totally changed since the management change. They really need to do better there. go to Winco or Bel-Air and buy you a bag of chicken and cook it yourself. You’ll honestly be better off.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
How can I input special instructions into my online order?
We offer the most commonly ordered menu items as options for our online ordering system. If you're craving something special and can't find it online, call your Wingstop directly and they'll get your flavor hooked up.
