My daughter was picked by this worker today for no reason.. she wouldn’t let my daughter go through first even though she was the first one … was very disrespectful towards my daughter for whatever reason I’d like to know.. and wouldn’t give her name said “No I will not provide my name …” .. so whoever you are who has a pony tail.. wearing a black tshirt … heavy weight female …YOU need some major training about how to REPRESENT this company you work … our money we spend there on regular basis is your paycheck .. don’t forget to be nice all the time !!!

Unfamiliar with the area and walking home from a friend's I ran out of water and couldn't find anywhere to fill up my water bottle. Before I knew it I was severely dehydrated and starting to feel faint.... with every rejection I worried more about the next place to ask for water....Walgreens said they don't have a bathroom which I found hard to believe...when i approached dutch brothers I was initially met with a practiced and to the point rejection....but the nice young gentleman named Deema at the drive threw window took a second look at the situation and made a Choice....the Right choice even after loud protested from his coworkers. Thank you Deema for this act of kindness and may the Lord bring you everything you want

I saw a video on Tik Tok today about one of your employees being super racist towards a Hispanic customer. That is so unprofessional. I can’t believe y’all would hire someone like that and not make an apology to the customer. That worker should be fired immediately

One of your workers at the Dutch Bros on Antelope was being extremely racist towards Hispanics and not being sly about it. He was being extremely loud and telling us to shut up in Spanish. We have the entire thing on video and we are extremely upset that the management didn't seem to care about our experience. We hope that he gets addressed.
