- RSRon Spiess3 days ago2.0I asked for extra sauce, there was no extra sauce. Pizza was very dry. I order about 30 40 pizzas there a year most of the time I am happy. Last couple times was not very happy.
- BBbrain bk4 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at Domino’s. I placed my order ahead of time and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. When I got there, the employees couldn’t find my pizza. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and never said “sorry.” I was then asked to wait another 20 minutes while they made a new pizza. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means taking responsibility and treating customers with respect. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a poor customer service experience, and I hope the management trains their staff to handle situations like this better.

So I get it when u have a lot of orders but not much staff . So when I came in she did not greet me at all , than she asked if I had a order I said no wanted to place one than she says with a attitude well I can’t take your order it will be about 10 mins I’m alone and than I’m like ok that’s fine than maybe when she realizes I’m not leaving she says again with a bad attitude well it’s gonna be a 30-40 minute wait , I’m like okay no problem. Than the gentle man that was there took my order but his attitude wasn’t much better. Smh more than likely will not be returning for a while bad customer service made me feel like I was a burden instead of a customer!!! So probably would not recommend this location!
