This might be the worst baskin-robbins in the Sacramento area. Not sure if food safety is a priority either. Please buy icecream somewhere else. You will not have a good experience. Do not give your money to businesses that do not value you as a customer. I have been there a few times after grocery shopping at winco in the same plaza, and the Latina girls who work there are not respectful. Oh and don't bother coming later than 8pm, I went there once as the sun was setting and they were already mentally clocked out, and seemed to want to hide in the back.

Seemed like the girl just wanted to hurry my husband out so she can hang with her friends. Not cool! Waiste of my money going back to Costco for my sundae!

After taking my cash and giving me change she went rt on to help the next person still no hand washing or putting gloves on. Food Service 101 I am extremely grossed out and immediately threw my drink out without drinking it because I didnt want to make a confrontation. I will not visit again due to the hygiene here. Finger nails are the most dirty part of a person's body and she can be passing a number of things to the open containers of ice cream which also go to others.

I asked for 2 samples of 2 different flavors and she immediately said "I can only do one" with such attitude. As if I was standing there alone and not with 2 children. I wanted to sample one flavor and my daughter wanted to try the other one. I started going here more often because its really close to where I moved to but I will make the extra drive and keep going to my usual location on Elkhorn Blvd, they have the really good service there. DO BETTER.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
