Ok so I ordered the spaghetti the noddles were still hard the meat was cold the soup was OK the teramasu was awful. I would have initially said something to the waitress about my food but I have a 18 month old thats teething so have to wait for another plate was definitely not happening. Waitress disappeared.. tried waving down another waitress to get a to go cup for my daughter's ice-cream guy literally looked at my wife then looked away an stated talking to his coworker. Would never go back here

I ate here and used a 30% employee discount. Then I saw they had added a mandatory 30% gratuity fee (we were a table of 4) which was absolutely ridiculous. Tipping culture is getting out of hand!

The food leaves much to be desired. Service is excellent as expected. But our pasta was greasy and bland. Short rib was good but a little under seasoned. Calamari was a little over salted. Tomato salad was tasty though. Fun alcoholic beverages. Our server Edgardo was awesome though. Thanks to the staff.

Don’t waste your money, Wine Country Trattoria is an impasta.
When we arrived, they were already running about 25 minutes behind despite us having a reservation. What made it more frustrating was seeing three managers/staff members standing outside while the restaurant was clearly struggling to keep up inside. At that point, maybe pick up a tray and help your staff.
The food was just as disappointing. The cheesy garlic bread was dry and oddly put together, with pesto, cheese stuffed into the bread, and a strange orange-colored sauce that didn’t work at all. It was so hard I could have skipped it across the water at DCA. I ordered a simple pasta with olive oil for $24, but the chili flakes completely overpowered the dish and the broccoli was undercooked. My friend’s short rib pasta was extremely fatty, to the point where she had to pick through the meat to eat it.
For how expensive everything was, the service didn’t match the price point. We only saw our waitress when she took our order and when she dropped off the check. Overall, overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth the inconvenience.

If you’re spending the day at Disney California Adventure Park, a meal at Wine Country Trattoria is such a treat. The atmosphere feels like a little escape to Napa, right in the middle of the park.
The cheese bread is absolutely delicious—warm, soft, and packed with flavor, it’s the perfect start to the meal. And the slow-cooked short rib is a standout—tender, rich, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite feels comforting and well-crafted.
A lovely spot to relax, enjoy great food, amazing wines and slow down for a moment during a busy Disney day.
