  Unfortunately, there was an incident on my last visit. While using the self check out myself, another customer who was using the self checkout next to me grabbed the gun that belonged to my self check out register and took it! She did not ask me, she just grabbed it and replaced it with her self check out register gun. There was an employee from Vons already helping her. This happened right in front of him and he did nothing to stop her from invading my privacy. I was already tapping my card and it was too late to do anything about it. I did bring this up to the woman's attention. I wanted this woman to know 2 things: respect other people's privacy and ask for permission;don't just take!!! Rather than listening she yelled at me and said,"Oh my God! You act like you own the store!" NO mam, you invaded my space and privacy while I was making a transaction with my bank card! YOU ACTED ENTITLED! BTW, I was informed by the manager that this woman works for instacart! I had to drive to my bank from this store to cancel my bankcard and have the bank reissue me a new bank card because I was paranoid with what had happened at the store. I did call corporate to let them know what happened. They said they would look into this matter. No employee/manager at the store or at corporate explained if there was any chance of fraud occurring and that's why I canceled my bank card. Don't take your chances! Hold on to your self check out register gun!

  This is the restroom that they want there paying customers to use. Yuck! I turned right around the left the store. Please do better!

  I had the worst experience at checkout the cashier ELAINE, very rude, lack of customer service did not acknowledge me. The guy whom was bagging my groceries was much more friendly asked if everything was okay but from her nothing but attitude got annoyed just for asking why I wasn’t able to put in the phone number and according to her she doesn’t know what appears on the screen was it too much that I asked for help to get my deals added?

  I may have tattoos on my face but I found it very sad and annoying that they had to follow me everywhere and oddly moved to the door quickly when I went up for 2 donuts. Just cause I'm homeless and have face tats doesn't make me a dishonest person. I don't steal or lie hardly EVER.
