- CMCorey MccoyApr 8, 20263.0Really disappointed to say this it’s a very nice atmosphere but the coffee I had here was one of the worst cappuccinos I’ve ever had. It was scolding hot, and therefore it burned the coffee and almost burned my tongue. The foam was ridiculous. It looked like soap sides, which is not proper foam. I probably won’t be back for a coffee.
- TGTed GMar 31, 20264.0The Atmosphere was pretty nice once the remodel ended, but about half the dining area was closed off behind a curtain while I was staying at the hotel. This is pretty much a what we have in the case is what is on offer type of place offering premade food, and drinks but prepared coffee. It can be grab and go, or you can sit and eat, overall, not bad for what it is, think Disney branded Starbucks type place.

They were fixing the display when I arrived and gave customers no acknowledgment or service until they finished restocking the display. Once I made my purchase the same cast member made comments to their coworker about servicing me that were loud enough for me to hear. The comments were rude and not of Disney quality service. I walked to the counter a second time and was once again ignored by the same cast member as well as their coworker. Only when they saw me approaching the counter a third time did they ask me if I needed anything. As a cast member myself I was very disappointed and extremely tempted to return the items I purchased but ultimately decided against it as I did not want to interact with them further.
