  The whole customer service through the phone is terrible and then evertime i get redirected to the store I get a message the line is disconnected. I keep telling customer service the issue and they just keep redirecting me. What makes this the most frustrating is the people in customer service dont speak English properly, can't even understand them half the time.

  My order was never delivered. When I tried calling the store, I was only allowed to speak with “customer service agents” who don’t even work in the stores. I wasn’t allowed to speak to a manager. I called 6 times and each time they “transferred” me to the store but the line was disconnected. In order for me to request a refund, I was told to either put a complaint request onto the Pizza Hut website, or call the complaint hotline (which only directed me back to make a complaint on the website). I guess I will just have to have my bank return the charge once it’s not pending on my checking account. Pizza Hut you need to change!!!

  I ordered through their website and they got my order wrong, and they don't even have a direct number to reach them it just goes straight to customer service, so my issue never got resolved.
