  It's unfortunate I had such a bad experience picking up when this place is usually pretty, and the manager is nice. But there was this young lady with highlighted hair was very incompetent and lazy or stupid with the "couldn't care less" attitude. Not trying to be mean but honest because she starts off giving me the wrong estimate. She tells me 3 minutes but I end up waiting over 10 minutes. Also, I had 2 orders and I asked her to give me the 1st order that was ready but ignores me and walks away to somewhere in the corner of the office. Then when the 2nd order was ready and she gave me the 2 orders, I asked why she didn't give me the 1st order when ai asked and her response was that it's the same. I told her I could have saved time by confirming order, putting it in the pizza bag, and message the customer. But her response is just the shoulder shrug and "it's OK." For her maybe, but I explained it's not ok since giving me the wrong estimate and orders late takes away more time. She should learn from her mistakes or be more understanding rather than just brush me off and walk away. Horrible experience! Took the time to write this out cuz it's so bad. I may raise rating if experience in the future improves.

  Really appreciate the outstanding customer service from Alex at this location. I had an issue with the purchase of my pizza and she handled it promptly and with care. Thank you!
