  Pizza was good good service only thing is there's a lot of homeless hanging around I didn't know and I was a little never since I had my baby so that alone might not make me come again

  I am writing to complain about terrible service, rude staff, and unfair treatment at your restaurant on 07/25/26. The main issues were being ignored for five minutes, receiving a poorly cut pizza in a forced box, and facing rude, biased treatment from the pink-haired manager. Staff Neglect and Poor Service: Waited nearly five minutes at the counter while employees completely ignored my presence. Received no acknowledgment, greeting, or eye contact upon entering. Manager Behavior and Unprofessionalism: The pink-haired manager made zero eye contact, dropped the box forcefully onto the register, turned her back, and rudely said "here you go." Left me feeling judged and unwelcome due to apparent prejudice. Displayed such poor workplace conduct that I would never hire her for any job. Poor Food Presentation: Pizza was cut completely out of proportion, showing a severe lack of care. Pizza box was folded wrong and forced shut, damaging the food inside. Because of this bad experience, my daughter and I will never return to Pizza Hut. I expect a prompt response and explanation for this unacceptable treatment. Sincerely, Shane Michael Stone Fisher

  The order was so bad one of the pizzas wasn't even cut like if they did it in purpose. Not even little cesars would treat you like that, like i understand who ever was making the order wasn't willing to do it right but still. All the pizza wasn't cut properly and after they forgot one pizza, via doordash they didn't even apologize. When like I said one if the pizza wasn't even cut at all, never have I ever seen something like that. It felt like it was on purpose, I wasn't the one who made the order so there was no way for me to contact them. Pretty sure she didn't even complain since she wasn't paying, but when they did send the missing pizza it was the uncut pizza. It felt like it was on purpose, never again I'm I ever ordering from here. Who does that like come on. Also all the pizza were cold, the missing pizza was the same one they were missing and it was cold and hard. Like I said never again.

  I got two orders of wings and they were amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back for more whenever I’m craving them. When I first arrived in California, Wingstop across the street actually made me sick during my first week here, so I’ve been pretty cautious since then—but you guys have gotten my order right every single time and the food has been consistently great. Truly appreciate it! May Baphomet’s blessings bring prosperity, balance, and protection to your kitchen and everyone who works there.
