Decided to make a special trip to Morton’s to celebrate my team’s sales milestone. I ordered the 16oz wagyu ribeye and asked for it medium rare. This is $130 steak. It comes out well done. I inform the server and they offer to replace it with a better cooked medium rare . The replacement comes out blue rare which is basically raw. I sent that back and told them to cancel my order as my team had finished eating by then. I know I’m being nit picky but for this price level I really would prefer to eat a properly cooked steak. Be careful here. The service was adequate. They offered a free desert to make up for error. Honestly, I didn’t want the small discount, I wanted to eat with my team and share in a great experience. I was disappointed to say the least

Service was bad. Restaurant was extremely loud. Made reservations and still waited 40+ minutes to be seated then another 15 minutes for water and a menu. Didn't eat until almost 2 hours into our reservation. Staff were friendly but kept bumping into our table as we ate. Tables were all way too close and crowded. Super noisy with so many tables and couldn't hear anyone talk. Food was great. Steak and red meat options were mid at best. I've had better meats at places like BJs and Yard House. Chicken and lobster were phenomenal 10/10. Was it good enough to warrant returning here? Maybe if the service was better. If you're looking for a quiet and intimate dinner, this is not the place.

Morton's really knows how to set a mood. From the moment you walk in, the darker ambience creates a cozy, intimate vibe--definitely the kind of place that feels right for a date night, a special celebration, or even a treat-yourself evening. It's elegant without being stuffy, and the service was attentive and kind throughout our visit. Valet parking is $10, which you can add to your bill or pay in cash at the end. I chose to put it on my card, which worked fine, but it did mean I missed out on tipping the valet directly something to keep in mind. Normally, I'm a two-cocktail person, but this time I tried just one: the Lavender Cosmo. It was smooth, balanced, and visually pretty, but nothing that really wowed me. If I go back, I'll stick with my tried-and-true choice, the Lemon Drop. That said, the cocktail menu is well thought out, and I appreciated the variety. Any restaurant that starts you off with complimentary bread gets instant points from me. Morton's serves an Egg & Onion Loaf, and it was warm, soft, and baked perfectly with just the right amount of onion flavor. My only wish? That they pre-cut it in the back, because cutting bread with a steak knife at the table isn't the smoothest experience. If you try one starter here, make it the Jumbo Crab Cake. The crab cake itself was tender and flavorful, but the sauce stole the show--it was tangy, buttery, and tied the whole dish together beautifully. Even the little side salad complemented it perfectly. I went with the 14 oz. Dry-Aged Ribeye. The steak was cooked just right juicy and tender, but I found the flavor a little flat. It had that pure "cooked meat" taste, which isn't bad at all, just not as bold or seasoned as I expected from Morton's. Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Shallots: These weren't for me. The texture reminded me of boiled cabbage, with a few tough bits that weren't enjoyable. I've realized I'm firmly a "crispy Brussels sprouts" fan. Smoked Gouda & Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes now these were the opposite--rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. The portion was huge (easily feeds four), and the creamy Gouda and smoky bacon made it hard to stop eating. We ended with the Morton's Hot Chocolate Cake. It's very rich, almost overwhelming if you're not a big chocolate lover. My friend adored it and said it satisfied her sweet tooth instantly. For me, it was a bit much, but I did enjoy the vanilla ice cream paired with the warm cake. Service was gracious, the atmosphere was romantic, and the food had its highs and lows. The crab cake and potatoes were standouts, while the steak and Brussels sprouts didn't quite hit the mark for me. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The atmosphere and service were good. If your looking for a quiet atmosphere, this wasn't it, but if you enjoying hearing people converse with each other and enjoying each other's company, you will appreciate this location. The food was good but nothing impressive about it. I do expect better out of places like this for that 5 star, but like I mentioned, it was good, just not anything worth writing home about. Being a Kentucky Bourbon guy, the 2X Old Fashion was just okay as well.

This was more of an ordeal than a visit. I sat at the bar. I have a quick dinner. It was a Monday night and the restaurant was not even 1/2 full. It took 10 minutes to get a menu, 10 more minutes to get water, another 10 minutes before I could get my order taken. They asked for my card to open a tab before they gave me a menu. I ordered a salad and a crab cake appetizer. It was 20 minutes before the salad came out and another 20 minutes after that before the crab cakes came out. The Caesar salad was as good as any bag salad from the supermarket except the croutons were soggy. The crab cakes were good. They came with a small side salad so I would have ordered something else other than more lettuce if the bartender mentioned that. The menu made it sound like there was an arugula garnish with the crab cakes, not a side salad. By that point, though I just wanted to get out of there. I asked for the bill and waited another 10 minutes. No pen inside and had to….you guessed it….wait to get someone’s attention. I used my own pen but needed change to tip since I had used gift card. Good thing I did, I would have been even more disappointed to spend $50 plus tip on such mediocre food and non existent service.
