- UCUrsula C4 days ago1.0The slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for an item menu order. The previous times I visited this place, It’s always been over 20 minutes to receive my food. They need to hire more staff, and stop overworking the employees. The burger meat is always overcooked.
- MCMichael ChristenMay 13, 20261.0This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been! I live next to it, went 4 times, drive order is slow but if you order inside it's even worse. I ordered 2 menu and it took them 30 minutes to do it. Manager is just walking around, employees seems lost. Not going back there anymore. There is a Carl's junior across the street that serve fast and the food is good.

This in particular McDonald's is always busy because it's not too far from the Angels stadium and The Pond. It took a really long time for my order. I was in the drive through at least 10 minutes or longer, and I only ordered 2 ice cream cones and 2 sweet teas.

- MKMina KelliniApr 24, 20261.0This was honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. * I waited over an hour in the drive-thru line. * When I finally reached the window, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. * I noticed serious hygiene issues — no gloves were used while handling food. * One employee repeatedly touched his hair, and another even put his finger in his nose, then continued working. This is completely unacceptable. * When I requested a refund, the employee carelessly threw the water bottle, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This level of service and cleanliness is very concerning. If any manager sees this review, please take immediate action to address these issues.
