  Staff needs training on how to be more friendly and smile more. The person in the drive through speaker dose not seem happy to work there at all and also they don’t smile or tell you have a good day they just hand your food over and say here with a straight face. Raise the standard

  This is the slowest mcdonald’s ever. Several times I left the drive thru line because they take 5-7 minutes to fill a single order per car. Doesn’t matter the day.

  I recently visited this location and attempted to pay with EBT, but the process required a manager to come over and manually unlock the register before the payment could go through. This caused an unnecessary delay and drew attention to what should otherwise be a routine, private transaction. It created an uncomfortable situation for me and the person I was with, making the experience feel more complicated and inconvenient than it needed to be. I understand there may be policies behind this, but from a customer perspective, it doesn’t feel consistent with how other forms of payment are handled. I hope the store can find a way to streamline this process in the future to avoid putting customers in this position. On top of that, the sweet tea I ordered wasn’t sweet at all—it tasted off and didn’t meet expectations. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused during this visit, I would appreciate the store making it right in some way—perhaps by offering a small gesture like a complimentary item on a future visit
