For the price of both the Magic Key passes and food, the service recieved every time we go here is incredibly disappointing. Magic Key holders get so few perks as-is, the very least we could recieve is the top-notch service even quick places around the park provide such as Jolly Holiday. The wait for a table even after checking in is consistently over 15 minutes, making a reservation feel pointless. The waiting area is uncomfortable and awkward with little seating for the Magic Key Terrace specifically, and the cast members at check-in are often not the most friendly. There's even more of a wait once sat at a table, to the point where we know everything must be ordered all at once. We don't bother with refills because they either arrive 20 minutes later or not at all. Our last visit was soured even more when stale bread was served with our charcuterie board. Unfortunately, nothing feels special about Magic Key Terrace—you're better off going to somewhere like Hearthtone Lounge for the Disney standard of service.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, you can see on my page this is a rarity. But we had a terrible experience here. I got so sick eating this steak. Approximately 2 hours after I ate it I was so sick, and stayed so sick after 24 hours. Not only that but our service was also very bad. My children’s spaghetti & the table appetizer came after the adults were served instead of before like we’d asked. That meant we had to keep stopping our meal to feed the kids. That alone was a little frustrating but then to get food poisoning after was awful. Thankfully this was our last day of the trip but what if it hadn’t been? I would have missed an entire day & a half of my vacation. I will never eat here again.

Food and service are always great here. The drinks on the other hand are light. Never enough whiskey in the mixed drinks. Oh well. The Oso Buco was fall off apart meat. The dessert was light and not too sweet. Great meal overall.

A steam table quick serve operation disguised as a restaurant. I even told the waitress about my bad experience with food being old and cold last time and this time was no different. Also, salad croutons were stale, sweet potato in the pasta was way undercooked, the kids slider was like a hockey puck. The bill included a hefty fee for “world of color” and the suggested tip included tip on the world of color add-on for what was poor service anyway. The soup had pork sausage for no good reason. Even osso bucco, a classic veal/beef dish was morphed into pork. Terrible. We decided we’d have been better off with Award Weiners or something similar at 1/8 the price. Do they care? I’m guessing not.
